Your mission: Put group growth in the fast lane
As our Senior Business Development Manager, you will report directly to the management and immediately take on the responsibility of leading our group into the next league. Your performance is the benchmark for your rapid promotion.
• The hunting instinct: You are the driving force behind the active acquisition of new and existing customers and open up new business areas for all three agencies of the HOA Group.
• The architect: You independently develop the sales strategy, the networking roadmap, and concrete new business plans in close coordination with all units.
• The networker: You expand and maintain our relevant network at the highest level and transform potential contacts into long-term, strategic customer partnerships.
• The persuader: You pitch with passion—at trade shows, events, and directly to customers—and manage to translate complex agency services into emotional and relevant brand solutions.
• The thinker & leader: You deliver substance—through reporting, in-depth market analyses, and concrete, data-based growth ideas that you put directly into practice.
Your profile: Entrepreneurship in your DNA
You see yourself as a business driver and view every challenge as an opportunity. You have solid experience and unbeatable drive.
• Senior experience with a focus on new business: You have several years of proven success in sales or business development, ideally in a dynamic agency or marketing environment.
• Strategic thinking & brand understanding: You understand complex brand requirements and know how to charge them with creative, clear concepts and emotional relevance.
• Communication that inspires: You impress with outstanding negotiation skills, are proactive, and are a relationship pro.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: High self-motivation, assertiveness, and the ability to maintain an overview and stay focused on the goal during turbulent phases.
• An existing, relevant network in the target markets is a strong plus.
